You’ll work on real systems, powered by real data, for real customers. No sandbox simulations—actual production.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Build multi-agent systems that negotiate, reason, and make decisions independently

• Experiment with LangChain, AutoGen, Crew AI—and push their limits

• Work closely with our engineering leads and enterprise clients

• Translate cutting-edge research into production-ready code

• Break things fast, learn even faster, and improve every iteration

• Scheduler Agent Swarm
  A team of agents that solve scheduling puzzles together:

  • Availability Agent talks to workers via WhatsApp

  • Matcher Agent finds the best person-shift fit

  • Negotiator Agent handles conflicts

• Autonomous Compliance System
  Agents that keep staffing legally safe:

  • Document Analyzer Agent processes contracts

  • Rule Engine Agent interprets labor law

  • Audit Agent flags risks

  • Explanation Agent translates decisions into human language

• Communication Orchestra
  An agent ecosystem managing millions of messages:

  • Channel Agents (SMS, WhatsApp, Email)

🧠 You Are...

✅ A technical student (Computer Science, AI, Econometrics, or similar)
✅ Strong in Python with solid software engineering fundamentals
✅ Self-directed and proactive
✅ Obsessed with agentic AI (show us your GitHub, blog, or demo!)
✅ Available 24+ hours per week

Bonus points if you:
✨ Have worked with LangChain, AutoGen, or similar tools
✨ Have fine-tuned an LLM or built a RAG system
✨ Contribute to open-source AI projects
