Job Overview
We are looking for a CRM Specialist with experience in Braze or a similar CRM tool (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Customer.io) to help drive our activation and retention marketing efforts. You will be responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns that enhance user engagement and optimize the customer lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for data-driven marketing, automation, and customer-centric strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app) using Braze.
- Support customer retention and engagement by developing automated lifecycle campaigns.
- Build and refine audience segmentation strategies to ensure personalized communication.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with developers and designers to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Maintain and optimize campaign documentation and workflow processes.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
