Workforce Manager Specialist

We are looking for a Workforce Manager that is passionate about helping customers with their staffing needs.You are the one that gets thing done whenever our clients need help. Wether its checking staff in at stadiums and festivals, or recruiting new staff. You are motivated and ambitious to become an expert in understanding the needs of our customers, strategize on how to fill shifts with the right people. As we are a growing company we expect you to really contribute in building our culture in terms of your habits and discipline.

In this role:

• You will learn planning and recruiting skills and process;

• You bring passion for fixing and discipline;
• You are energetic and outgoing, making a lot of calls is no problem;
• Networking and relationships is a passion;
• You are tough and willing to grow;
• You are curious, ask a lot of questions and are a good listener.
• You are a team player and can manage pressure well.

• Salary EUR 2750 (with bonus on top);
