Hosts and hostesses: Living room, welcome and presence on the ward. We select on people who give attention, not just complete a shift.
Restaurant and coffee corner staff: Staff restaurant, visitor restaurant and coffee corner. We select on hospitality experience and pace during peak times.
Kitchen staff: Preparation, distribution and dishwashing in the central kitchen. We select on basic HACCP knowledge and previous kitchen experience.
Reception and welcome: Welcome, referral and phone. We select on communication and on experience with visitor flows.
Housekeeping staff: Housekeeping support on the ward and in the living environment. We select on carefulness and on repeat placement on the same ward.
