Module — Compliance

The rules live in the schedule, not in a check afterwards.

Compliance by design. Collective labour agreements (CAO), Working Hours Act (ATW), allowances and qualifications are checked during scheduling and payroll. Anyone who is not allowed to work cannot be scheduled.

What does Staffyou Compliance do?

Compliance by design: CAO, ATW, allowances and qualifications are checked during scheduling and payroll, not afterwards. Yes. Rules are configured per client. Alongside the CAO, we record your own agreements, for example a maximum number of consecutive shifts or mandatory induction shifts.

How it works today

Without this module, someone solves it by hand.

Compliance is currently checked after something has already gone wrong. The correction costs a payroll round and sometimes a fine.

The planner doesn’t see it

Someone has hit their maximum hours, but that only becomes clear when the week is processed.

Allowances handled by hand

An irregularity allowance is booked afterwards, person by person, shift by shift.

Certificate expired

On the day itself a safety or forklift certificate turns out to be no longer valid. The shift has already started.

What the module does

Staffyou Compliance in features, not promises.

  1. Working Hours Act in the schedule

Rest periods, maximum hours per week and per period, break rules, night work and separate rules for 16- and 17-year-olds.

  2. CAO logic

Phases, allowances, irregularity allowance, public holidays, overtime and pay rules per collective labour agreement.

  3. Qualifications and certificates

Safety, forklift, food safety, social hygiene and language requirements. An expired certificate means no placement.

  4. Checks at three moments

At scheduling, at check-in and at hours processing. The same rules, checked three times.

  5. Hard or soft, per rule

A rule blocks the placement or gives a warning. You configure that yourself, rule by rule.

  6. Audit trail per shift

See exactly which rules applied and which check was performed. Proof without searching.

How it works

From setup to daily use.

1Step 1

Set up the rules

We record the rules per client and per CAO, including your own house rules.

2Step 2

Check live

The schedule checks while you plan, so before the shift exists.

3Step 3

Check again at payroll

The same rules run again over the hours actually worked.

The difference

Every shift demonstrably compliant with the rules.

Compliance isn’t a file you compile afterwards. The platform makes the rules checkable during the work and demonstrable afterwards, from the G-account to hours accountability.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Staffyou Compliance.

Yes. Rules are configured per client. Alongside the CAO, we record your own agreements, for example a maximum number of consecutive shifts or mandatory induction shifts.

That depends on the setting. A hard rule blocks the placement. With a soft rule the planner can proceed with a reason, which is logged in the audit trail.

Yes. Suppliers schedule within the same platform, so the same checks apply to their people.

The record per shift remains available according to the retention period we agree with you, in line with statutory terms and GDPR.

Rule sets are updated centrally. Changes take effect from an effective date, so old shifts remain checked against the rules that applied at the time.

No. The platform makes the rules checkable and demonstrable. Responsibility for compliance remains with the employer and the staffing agency.
