According to its pricing page, Werktijden.nl charges per employee per month plus a fixed monthly amount. Staffyou WFM charges per scheduled hour, without a per-user price. If many people in your system only work now and then, such as a flex pool or seasonal workers, that makes a difference.
Staffyou WFM costs €0.15 per scheduled hour, with the first 500 hours per month free. Unlimited users and locations, cancellable monthly and without setup fees. A worked example: schedule 3,000 hours in a month and you pay (3,000 − 500) × €0.15 = €375, however many employees, planners or locations are in the system. Schedule 400 hours in a quiet month and you pay nothing.

On its own site, Werktijden.nl lists features for staff scheduling, roster building, event planning, time tracking, a time clock, mobile clocking, leave and absence registration and a mobile app. New users can try it free for 14 days without a credit card, and subscriptions are cancellable monthly.
According to the pricing page, you pay an amount per employee plus a fixed monthly amount. The integrations page mentions nine payroll, HR and accounting packages to which worked hours, overtime and allowance hours can be sent.
Fair comparison
When Werktijden.nl may fit better
If you have a manageable team, want to register leave and absence in the same system and want a ready-made connection to your payroll package, Werktijden.nl is worth a look. Leave and absence registration are explicitly part of its offer; at Staffyou WFM they are not described as separate features.
If you also schedule flex workers and agencies, want to handle their hours and invoicing in the same chain or need to show who is on the floor, Staffyou WFM is the better fit for that need.
Switching
Switching from Werktijden.nl in four steps
Switching does not have to be a big bang. You import rosters, employees and templates via API or file upload. Then you migrate per location or department and run in parallel with Werktijden.nl for a while, so your planners learn the new system in practice first.
A pilot at one location or department can go live within a few weeks, including a load test on your expected peak volume. The core is configuration of roles, locations, pools and rules, not a custom build. Support is available seven days a week, from 7am to 7:30pm.
