How to work it out
A worked example: schedule 3,000 hours in a month and you pay (3,000 − 500) × €0.15 = €375, however many employees, planners or locations are in the system. Schedule 400 hours in a quiet month and you pay nothing.
How ORTEC prices
ORTEC does not publish prices on ortec.com: you request a demo or get in touch with its team. So you compare prices on the basis of a quote. Ask about implementation costs too, and how external workers are counted.15
