Good to know upfront.
Pricing is based on scheduled hours rather than users. Plans start at €0.15 per scheduled hour, with the first 500 hours each month included. Unlimited users and locations are included, and volume pricing is available for larger organisations.
Weeks rather than months. Implementation is largely configuration — roles, locations, pools and rules — not a custom build project. A pilot at one location or department can go live within a few weeks, including a load test on your peak volume.
Yes. Schedules, workers and templates are imported via API or file upload, and you can migrate location by location or department by department while both systems run in parallel. No big-bang migration is required.
No. Staffyou WFM is legally, organisationally and technically separated from the staffing activities. Your agencies, rates and data are not visible to the marketplace, and you are never obliged to source staff through Staffyou.
No. They work through a free supplier portal or connect via SETU, XML or JSON. Hours, changes and self-billing run through the same chain, and your commercial agreements remain unchanged.
You retain ownership of your data. Everything is hosted on Azure in the EU, strictly separated per customer, and fully exportable via the open API if you leave. No lock-in.
The platform is cloud-native on Azure: capacity scales automatically with locations, users and shift volume, and peak processing runs asynchronously to keep the planning interface responsive. We do not ask you to take that on trust — during the pilot we load-test your expected peak volumes and share the results transparently.
