One price that moves with your schedule
You only pay for the hours you schedule. How many employees, planners or locations are in the system does not matter.

How to work it out
A worked example: schedule 3,000 hours in a month and you pay (3,000 − 500) × €0.15 = €375, however many employees, planners or locations are in the system. Schedule 400 hours in a quiet month and you pay nothing.
How Dyflexis prices
Dyflexis publishes four packages per user per month: Pro €4.50, Suite €5.50, Expert €6.50 and Talent €7.50. Secondment comes with Suite and up; the page does not say whether prices include VAT. Below, worked out with one user per person on the roster. Ask Dyflexis how external workers are counted. An example, not a quote.2
