Which systems does Staffyou WFM connect with?
Staffyou WFM connects to payroll and HR packages through an open, documented API; AFAS is one example. Staffing agencies connect via SETU, XML or JSON, or work for free in the supplier portal. There is also a Power BI data feed for forecasting and reporting, WhatsApp for shift notifications, SSO and identity for access, and identity verification via Fourthline. Payroll and HR: approved hours to payroll
Payroll and HR packages connect through the open API; AFAS is one example. Approved hours flow through to payroll, so nobody has to retype them. Which data goes in which direction is agreed per implementation.
The aim is that employee data does not have to be maintained twice. An API or a logo on a website does not prove a working integration. So always ask, us included, for a demo with your own package, edition and exceptions such as corrections and allowances.
Staffing agencies: portal or own integration
Your agencies do not need to change anything. They work in a free supplier portal or connect their own system via SETU, XML or JSON. Requests, assignment, rates, hours, changes and self-billing run in the same chain, under your purchasing terms.

Data, communication and access
For reporting and forecasting there is a Power BI data feed. Staffyou Forecast can pull in revenue, reservations, visitor numbers or other signals via API or import. Employee messages run through official WhatsApp Business channels and approved templates, or via Staffyou Engage through the app, SMS or email.
Access is handled with SSO and identity. For employee identity verification, Staffyou ID works with Fourthline: document check, biometrics and liveness before the first shift.

Open API
Open API: the whole operation is programmable
Shifts, scheduling, hours, profiles and invoicing: everything in Staffyou WFM is accessible through the API. It is documented, versioned and scales with you. Your developers or coding agents can build dashboards, forecast connections or tools for location managers on it, with no vendor queue.
Rather not build it yourself? Send us a request. With AI agents we prototype, build and review in a much shorter cycle than traditional software vendors. What used to be a change request can now often be built in an afternoon.
Switching
Switching and importing
You import rosters, employees and templates via API or file upload. You migrate per location or department and can run in parallel for a while, without a big bang.
Your data is hosted on Azure in the EU, strictly separated per customer. If you leave, everything is fully exportable via the open API. No lock-in.
Checking
How to test an integration first
A row of logos says little about how an integration works in your practice. Ask every vendor for a demo with your own package and edition, and walk through the exceptions together.
Think of a new employee, a correction to approved hours, an allowance, someone leaving and an agency that submits hours late. Record which data goes in which direction, how often that happens and who resolves errors.
