One waiter for Saturday night or fifty people for a conference. We supply the people and arrange the contract, payroll and replacement in case of no-shows.
Waiters: À la carte service and groups. We select on tray-carrying experience, pace and previous floor ratings.
Bartenders: Tap, cocktails and token systems. We select on experience behind a busy bar and social hygiene training where required.
Kitchen porters and cooks: Mise en place, hot and cold kitchen. We select on kitchen experience and basic HACCP knowledge.
Baristas: Espresso machine, milk foam and pace during the morning rush. We select on experience with comparable coffee concepts.
Hosts and hostesses: Welcome, reservations and floor plan. We select on customer contact and previous placements at similar venues.
Dishwashers and runners: Dish pit, serving and clearing. We select on evening availability and repeat placement at the same venue.
