What is workforce management? Workforce management (WFM) is planning, recording and settling how staff are deployed: forecasting demand, building rosters, recording and approving hours, and handling payroll or invoicing.
What does WFM stand for? WFM stands for workforce management. A WFM system handles all those steps in one place instead of separate spreadsheets and chat groups.
What is the difference between WFM software and scheduling software? Scheduling software focuses on building rosters. WFM software goes further: forecasting, time tracking, approvals, collective agreement and Working Hours Act checks, and payroll and invoicing integration.
How much does Staffyou WFM cost? You pay €0.15 per scheduled hour, not per user. The first 500 hours per month are free, with unlimited users and locations.
Can I schedule permanent staff, a flex pool and temp workers in one roster? Yes. Staffyou WFM schedules permanent staff, your own flex pool and external agencies in the same roster. An unfilled shift can go straight to your flex pool, your agencies or the marketplace.
Do I have to hire staff through Staffyou to use the software? No. The WFM software works on its own. The marketplace for external flex workers is optional.
How long does implementation take? Weeks, not months. A pilot at one location or department can go live within a few weeks.
Does the software check the Working Hours Act and collective agreement rules? Yes. Rest periods, maximum working hours and collective agreement rules are checked while you plan, so mistakes are not discovered at payroll.
How does time tracking work in Staffyou WFM? Employees clock in on their scheduled shift, managers approve hours digitally, and approved hours flow to payroll or self-billing.
Can our staffing agencies connect? Yes, through a free supplier portal or an integration via SETU, XML or JSON.
Where is our data stored? On Azure in the EU, strictly separated per customer. Staffyou is ISO 27001 certified and your data is fully exportable through the open API if you leave.
