Quality control: Visual checks, sorting out and recording. We select on accuracy and on working to fixed instructions.
Forklift drivers: Supply and removal around the line. We check certificates before the first shift starts.
Team leaders: Leading a shift on the floor. We select on experience with multilingual teams and with work instructions.
